What data we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your title, first and last name, email address, phone number, postal address, the chosen accommodation, the preferred dates as well as the first name and age of the participating children.
What we use it for
Solely to process your enquiry: it goes to the chosen accommodation and to the responsible tourism organisation. If you later create a voucher, its details go to the same places.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to run the season, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods require it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion. A message to [email protected] is enough.
